I'm pleasantly surprised. I went into the building for one thing and was able to grab breakfast. Customer service was a 1.
First of all this is downtown Jackson which is a representative carnival representative of the overalls ignorance. Not only am I customer but I picked up an order for someone else here. I would say Chick-fil-A in Jackson and Clinton put customer service to shame poor ignorant management. I came in show my order that been paid for young girl about 19 confronting me telling me she want to make sure I didn't steal their food. I'm 55 years old will dress well my jewelry cost more than nasty attitude. On top of picking up a order I was in line to place an order I've been coming to Chick-fil-A for 10 years they were holding her back like she was coming across the counter and trust me I'm older flat on her back. This was ridiculous behavior and she should have been fired on the spot I was asked to leave instead of the so-called manager asking me what happened. I went to six months of training in Minnesota you would never see that training here. And I will say this corporate reached out to me and offer me a freaking cookie it will be raising Cane's from here on out. For a management poor response by corporate but I understand people here are so ignorant they are overwhelmed. And black people and black managers y'all need to treat y'all customers betterThat's why a lot of you broke and can't pay attention. I am black I'm only speaking the truth that's why

Chick-fil-A, packed and bustling, I went for the Spicy Southwest salad – a spicy oasis in the chaos! ?? wasn’t expecting a chick fil a in little Gulfport to be this packed. First chick Fil a that made me feel a bit anxious and claustrophobic. But the staff was very friendly and doing their best amidst the crazy rush. I’m thankful for that
