After two wonderful years of visiting Fourth, I can confidently say that it is truly top-tier in every aspect. The food is consistently amazing, the ambiance is well thought out, and the staff always go above and beyond. Before 9 PM, it's the perfect place to relax at great prices during happy hour. After 9 PM, it transforms into a fun party crowd, but still a fantastic experience for those seeking a lively atmosphere. The environment is friendly. As someone who was invited as a guess, I was pleasantly surprised. With all of the negative press Jackson, MS receives, this place is one of few in the entire metro Jackson area that has such accommodations. The interior design is relevant, comfortable, inviting and exquisite. I look forward to the next event there. Oh and yes, safe, absolutely.
