This review is regarding the Church's location on Terry Road in Jackson, MS. They customer service IS HORRIBLE! Not occasionally, not sometimes but every single time. My mother loves Church's chicken and she's 91 years old so I try to get ot for her when we are near but it gets more and more frustrating when you go to a "fast food joint" and have to wait 15 to 20 minutes whether there are 6 cars ahead of you or 1, this was today's experience, only to get to the window and the...read full review
I always get good service and food I guest I be so glad to get it becaz I don't eat it until I come home.....
