most of the time I would not say anything but today is not one of those days. Cups has good coffee. However, coffee is made by people. Being a regular customer, today was a bad customer experience plus my drink was messed up twice. Maybe I'm wrong for expecting excellence. I hope management can address the inconsistent experience amongst locations.
