They were absolutely terrible! We were trying to order my sick mother a pizza in the hospital and the delivery guy hung up in our face after saying we had to complete the order online because he didn’t feel like doing it. He literally said that too

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza why did they give me a regular crust and cut it up like it was a thin crust. If you know you made a mistake just fix it !!!! then I proceeded to get yelled at by workers in the parking lot that the pavement was wet, there were no signs or indications that there was wet pavement in the middle of the day during lunch in the middle of the drive through, so i was forced to back out into the street to leave. I was given my food by a guy wearing a muscle shirt.

I am literally NEVER ordering from this location again. I placed a carry out order. Around 2pm. I paid online and it stated it would be ready in 15 mins so I headed out to the restaurant which was 15 mins away. I sat at the window and no one came for 20mins so I rode around to the side they have a piece of paper on the glass stating to drive to the first window ( the one I sat at for 20 mins) unless I have been told to pull around. So I sat for 10 mins and finally someone came to the window and asked me my name. I told him I had already ordered online and paid. He told me he just put my pizza in the oven. The time is now 4:00 and I am still without pizza.
Parking: Not much parking space but it's drive thru restaurant not dine in

With the exception of our pizzas being made incorrectly, we have had great experiences with the Domino's on Jefferson Street in Jackson, MS! They were very prompt in delivering pizzas to replace the ones that were made incorrectly.??
