Nice people, awful (and expensive) breakfast. The eggs smelled and tasted just ...off, and the fruit was subpar at best. Bacon was fine and so was the latte I ordered because drip coffee was awful. If you come here, just get a latte and a side of bacon. Lol. And don't pay $18!!!

I’m usually in Jackson for events that take place at the Westin, so it’s super convenient to have a restaurant on site. I’ve had several different menu items, but the most recent was the Hanger Steak & Truffle Fries. Ok, so the novelty of Truffle Fries has dissipated, I still like them and these were pretty good. But, it was definitely the beefiness of the Hanger Steak that won the day. Cooked a perfect medium rare (sorry I didn’t photograph that but trust me). Estelle’s is a great choice for lunch or dinner in Jackson.

My best friend booked reservations here for her birthday. The food was very good, but customer service was horrible. The lady whom severed the food name Ciara. Which was told to me she was the manager, was very unprofessional, rude, and had a very nasty attitude. I don’t know how she came to be a manager but it obviously wasn’t from work ethics. If you gone have that type of attitude you need to find a new job hunny. But other than the her everything else was good 🙂

my friend Misty and i visited Jackson, Mississippi this past weekend,we were lucky enough to have a room at the Westin Jackson on Congress Street, we had brunch on Sunday morning at Estelle Southern Table and it was The Best,we split the omelette with pimento grits and the chicken and waffles,we were so full and felt stuffed 😂😂 it's definitely A Vibe and a place to be.

The food was not cooked as ordered, took a long time to get it and it was cold. The fruit, blueberries, had mold. We sent back the food that was not thoroughly cooked and had to wait more time. The staff was nice but had to come back to confirm the order multiple times. Also noticed patrons around us not eating their food as well. Very disappointing experience.

You want brunch on Saturday? Estelle at Westin Hotel provides a short sweet menu (always best when it is short). We ordered Chicken and Waffles, Chef's Omlette, and Avacado Toast. For beverages we had a Diet Pepsi, Mamosa and a Grey Goose w/ splash of cranberry. All the food and beverages we perfect!! You will not be sorry. Brunch is served between 11am-2pm. Valet parking is complimentary! Contemporary ambiance! Not crowded & no wait! Get there and enjoy a Saturday treat!!!

Some of the food is really delicious and some of the food is below average. The service here though is TERRIBLE! I came and sat at the bar and had to ask my friends for their menus, never got asked for beverage, and had to tell the lady I was sitting here to place an order. She truly deserved zero tip. The hotel is amazing but the service at this restaurant is shameful. Do better!

Love the variety of food options on the menu. The style and atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxing and spacious. Enjoyed! I definitely will go back. The 20 percentage service charge surprised me though. Cost was included with my food list, so I didn't see it until I got home.

The waitress service was awesome, but the food was unsatisfactory. I order a chicken breast which was unseasoned, tough, and dry with asparagus, and it was not to my liking. I enjoyed the Moscato Wine and Cheesecake. There need to be some restructuring with the food department.

I’m not wanting to eat in hotel restaurants but I actually left one restaurant to come to this one at the Westin not knowing it was in the hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent. Even though they only offer three specific pizzas: pepperoni, Margherita, and cheese… They added onion and olives and mushrooms to mine and my request. The server kind of disappeared when it was time to pay and we had to ask someone else for our check. But she was otherwise very nice.
