Took a while for someone to seat me, 3 different people came up to me and said they'll be with me in a few. The first waitress never came back, then we were created by someone else. Took a while for drinks and apps to arrive. Food took over 30 mins. Food was not great and we felt ignored. Won't be back.

We came for a nice dinner and that obviously didn’t happen. Not only did our waiter not show up to serve us but the restaurant was practically empty. When I asked to speak to a manager, they did not make it their business to even walk to the front and address us. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice restaurant . Robert the manager was extremely aggressive and did not try to help at all. He was very rude and disrespectful.

The birthday girl chose Estelle Southern Table in Jackson, MS, for a birthday brunch, hoping for a cheerful celebration with good friends and great food. Instead, it became memorable for all the wrong reasons.

On September 15, at 9:45 am, our group of six gathered, ready to kick off a birthday breakfast. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, so we thought we were in for a smooth, enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but.

My pancakes arrived stone cold, and the French toast my friends ordered wasn’t any warmer. It was as if they’d just been pulled from the back of a freezer, not a hot kitchen. To top it off, the syrup they served us was equally cold—fine if you’re having a sundae, not so much for breakfast. We asked for some hot syrup, thinking it was a simple request. After about 10 minutes of waiting for our waitress to resurface, she finally came over, looking less than pleased that we dared to “bother” her. Not exactly the response you expect when you’re just trying to enjoy your meal.

Her attitude didn’t improve from there. She vanished for long stretches, leaving our coffee cups dry and our patience thinner by the minute. No refills, no check-ins, and not a single manager in sight to see why a birthday brunch was going so south.

Eventually, I just gave up, canceled my order, and focused on enjoying the company of my friends instead. They picked at their cold food and quietly vented their frustrations. By the end of it, we all agreed that this was not the warm, welcoming Southern hospitality we were hoping for.

Estelle’s, I’m afraid you missed the mark. A bit more warmth—both in your food and your service—would go a long way toward turning a bad experience into a good one.

Went in for breakfast on a weekday. It's in this hotel near the police station and courthouse. We were seated and our waiter got a little busy. Then another waiter that was not.ours came and was so helpful. The service was polite accurate helpful friendly funny we had an excellent time. The food was delicious. The jam marmalade and preserves were adorable and delicious. We had the breakfast sandwich and an omelette with everything and extra bacon. We drank coffee whiskey and water and oj. Everything was on point. Highly recommend.

Disappointing menu, poor wine selection. Service was excellent and prompt! Had the chicken- overcooked and dry, tasteless. The bartender suggested a lemon drop martini— AMAZING! Bartender was personable, wonderful.

If you’re a foodie this is a hard hard pass!!! Just weak on every level!! Over priced and under performed by a loooooooooong shot. The burger is McDonald’s quality. Fries were epic. Tiny tiny wings and not blackened in any way. The kitchen needs to grow up.

My wife and I arrived at 7:55 wanting to get breakfast before our scheduled massage. When we arrived, no one was at the host desk and we waited for about 5 minutes before we walked up to the kitchen area and someone finally walked out and then seated us. We waited another 5 minutes or so and decided to leave. No one took our drink order and there were a couple of employees by the bar joking around not paying attention to the one other table that was there or us.

We have been there in the past a few times and the service and food seem to have slowly declined over the years.

Food was great, mimosas were kinda slow coming at first, but picked up towards the end. Waiter was good. Attentive and courteous. Saxophone player was phenomenal! Bartender with the dreads is EXCELLENT!

Hidden Gem in Jackson, MS! The restaurant is very upscale, yet cozy. It has a beautiful bar area. Everything we ate was delicious! Our server, Jewels, was attentive and knowledgeable about the chef's menu. It was a surprisingly wonderful dining experience, and I'll definitely be back! The only reason I gave the food 4⭐️ is because of the small portion size of some of the menu items.

This was offensive for any
customer and your establishment. We will
NOT be coming back. Waitress was perfect. Your dinner portion sucks. I encourage everyone to ask about the off menu.

This used to be my go to place in Jackson when in town and I would have rated it 4.5 stars, however they redid the menu month or two ago and seemed to cut the portion size in half for the same price. No longer worth the price for me to continue coming
