Went to celebrate my bday last Friday (03/06). Waitress was nice, place was cute, and my food was good even though the scalloped potatoes were slightly undercooked (I was too tipsy to care). My friends also said their food was decent. I guess I caught everyone on a good night bc these reviews were making me second guess my choice. I will be coming back for brunch!🙂↔️

Bar personnel are not attentive, and food packaging was terrible. Meanwhile the entire restaurant was filled with angry hotel guests who were waiting on hotel rooms for hours. Poor managing all around

If you want to be ignored all night, wait for hours, and be glued to the toilet by the time you get home you’ll love this place.

Burger was 100% horrible. Burnt texas toast (not brioche). Beer glazed onions were burnt, no bacon jam. Meat had 0 seasoning.
Don't order!

Was 1 of 3 people there for lunch. Ordered the Estelle burger. Food was good, however, service was not. Waited almost 30 minutes for a burger. Waitor NEVER refilled my soda or water. Lots of laughing and joking going on in the kitchen (open to dining area), but not so much food prep. Manager should make sure their employees enjoy working, but the priority should be on service. When u charge $20 for a burger it should come with some expectation of good service.

Nice people, awful (and expensive) breakfast. The eggs smelled and tasted just ...off, and the fruit was subpar at best. Bacon was fine and so was the latte I ordered because drip coffee was awful. If you come here, just get a latte and a side of bacon. Lol. And don't pay $18!!!

I’m usually in Jackson for events that take place at the Westin, so it’s super convenient to have a restaurant on site. I’ve had several different menu items, but the most recent was the Hanger Steak & Truffle Fries. Ok, so the novelty of Truffle Fries has dissipated, I still like them and these were pretty good. But, it was definitely the beefiness of the Hanger Steak that won the day. Cooked a perfect medium rare (sorry I didn’t photograph that but trust me). Estelle’s is a great choice for lunch or dinner in Jackson.

My best friend booked reservations here for her birthday. The food was very good, but customer service was horrible. The lady whom severed the food name Ciara. Which was told to me she was the manager, was very unprofessional, rude, and had a very nasty attitude. I don’t know how she came to be a manager but it obviously wasn’t from work ethics. If you gone have that type of attitude you need to find a new job hunny. But other than the her everything else was good 🙂

The food was not cooked as ordered, took a long time to get it and it was cold. The fruit, blueberries, had mold. We sent back the food that was not thoroughly cooked and had to wait more time. The staff was nice but had to come back to confirm the order multiple times. Also noticed patrons around us not eating their food as well. Very disappointing experience.

I went there for lunch, and my time there was wonderful! The ambience was very nice, and chef Donovan Campbell cooked my meal to perfection. His Kitchen staff were attentive and kind. My valet friends that I met added great value to the experience! Sharrod, Michael, Jacoby, and Carey. I would most definitely recommend the hotel restaurant to anyone in the downtown area that wanted a great and affordable lunch.
You want brunch on Saturday? Estelle at Westin Hotel provides a short sweet menu (always best when it is short). We ordered Chicken and Waffles, Chef's Omlette, and Avacado Toast. For beverages we had a Diet Pepsi, Mamosa and a Grey Goose w/ splash of cranberry. All the food and beverages we perfect!! You will not be sorry. Brunch is served between 11am-2pm. Valet parking is complimentary! Contemporary ambiance! Not crowded & no wait! Get there and enjoy a Saturday treat!!!
