This small food truck competes with Koestler Prime, Shapley's, Walkers, and other fine dining restaurants in the city. The food is prepared from scratch, bringing authentic cuisine to the Jackson area. This food will have the same effect on you as Gusteau's had on Anton Ego in Ratatouille. Core memory.

Met our cousin here for lunch today because he loves this place and is always bragging about it. Have to admit the food was delicious. The Torta was big enough for 2 meals and has a slab of fried cheese on it that puts it over the top. I recommend the green sauce to give it an extra spicy kick. The prices are great too. Try it. You won't be sorry
