Well, the tall young guy at the counter has an attitude on the phone and in person. The place is filthy. This place needs to be pressure washed. The cash register has built up dirt on it, looks like years of neglect. I didn't eat the food and I didn't ask for my money back. I gave it to a homeless man. I hope he enjoyed it.

My food is normally good from here but this time my fish was barely battered and barely cooked. Ordered pan trout and catfish. Pan trout was fried and tasted ok but the catfish was just horribly fishy. It wasn’t done.

This is where I go to purchase my favorite fish Pan Trout ? is sold HERE delicious! The owner Mr. Henry is superb! He very nice and kind and so are his employees. There is a variety of foods cooked and sold daily. Stop by and purchase a meal or you can call ahead and make orders by phone. They do deliver. Bon appetit???!!!
Vegetarian options: They serve salads and several other cooked vegetables. I haven't had the fried pickles yet.
Parking: There is front door parking at the Restaurant and a parking lot across the street with plenty of free parking spaces.
It's 2021 and they don't have a card machine. So inconvenient. Please upgrade to modern technology....so however didn't have cash on me n couldn't get my food. So hopefully next time things will go better ??

Friendly one man show. Order taker, cook and cashier. No nonsense kind of guy. Gets down to business. Sort of quiet spirited. Tasty food : I had catfish fries and spaghetti. Enjoyed and will return.

This is the best catfish place definitely in north Jackson. The fish is so good and the sides are homemade.
