First time eating here and didn't really know what to expect. I was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the staff from the front counter employee (I didn't get her name) to the cook. I absolutely was blown away by the food I ordered!! Some of the best cajun pasta i've ever eaten and I'm not the easiest person to impress! Prices are reasonable also.. The people that helped us were super friendly and helpful. The food did not disappoint. Everything they recommended was delicious. Catfish cooked to perfection. The rice dishes were amazing. 5+ stars.

Food was really good. I was a walk in passing thru Jackson and looking for something good to eat. So, while I did have to wait for a bit for my food it wasn't too excessive. There was a gentleman (owner /manager?) in the corner who saw my wait and went to the kitchen and made sure that my food was going to come out. Good service. I don't know who they are but I'm proud of the way that they handle their business. Next visit to Jackson, I will be back.
