As a business owner, you cannot control how a customer feels about their food. If you request that food be prepared in a specific manner, you must either honor that request or inform the customer that you are unable to do so. Whenever I have ordered from this restaurant, I have placed my order through Uber Eats and called to provide the details on how I want my food prepared. Once the young lady has spoken with the kitchen and agreed to honor my request, that is what I expect when my food arrives. However, to lie and say that I belittled the employees when I only spoke with the young lady requesting a manager, and to portray yourself as the manager over the phone while being the owner in person is highly unethical.
The numerous times I have ordered and requested my food in a specific manner, it has not been an issue. The food was not salty, the noodles were not overly cooked, and the sausage was not undercooked. However, to provide me with salty noodles and uncooked sausage, and to then comment on how customers give their authentic reviews of your food, is unacceptable. Furthermore, as an owner, you should not ask the customer what you want me to do. It is your business, so you should give the customer the honor by apologizing and going above and beyond. I am not the first nor the last person to make a complaint. In fact, your business gave one of my friends food poisoning two weeks ago. Therefore, before engaging in back-and-forth discussions with customers about their feelings about food, ensure that everything is correct.
Lastly, I would rather not accept any prayers from an individual who intentionally messed up my order and lied in the comments of the review. I will instead undergo a detox because your intentions were clearly malicious. May you be blessed, do better, and learn constructive criticism.

Went to Jerke City and it was delicious as usual. I had the turkey necks , rice and peas and cabbage. I ate and still have leftover ..definitely would recommend Jerke city

First time there. The young lady working the counter was very nice and helpful. We had the Jerk Chicken egg rolls, oxtails with cabbage greens, turnip greens and cornbread. Also had the stuffed turkey leg. Everything was good and meats tender. If we were not leaving Jackson we would have eaten there again. See you the next time we visit

"Where have you been all my life???" This jerk chicken with cabbage and mac-n-cheese was on point and it's real food that my grandmother use to make!!! That was my first time going and I will go every week from now on. Delish!!!
My son ate here last night at the Foodee Festival in Gadsden, AL He has wanted to try oxtail for years and this gave him the perfect opportunity. He LOVED it. The oxtails were fall apart tender and juicy. So flavorful, excellent blend of spice. PERFECTION! If you get the opportunity to eat with them I highly suggest you do! 10/10 FRIENDLY AND FUN SERVICE

Yes. Yes. Yes. It isn't a must try, it is REQUIRED!!! Very delicious, I ordered the Rasta Pasta with added shrimp included with the works. Creamy, gooey, meaty, and Good. Thank you for your delicious food 'Jerk City Grille', and the staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Also humorous, he kept calling me 'Pharrell' lol... See y'all again 😊😊😊
