The food is delicious. I had the catfish and Seafood Beignets and it was enough to share between me and my husband. The DJ played good music and the drinks were just what we needed. Can't wait to go back.
Awesome spot for a late dinner! We had a party of 5. We had drinks, apps, and dinner. Everything was AMAZING! The Red Fish was cooked perfectly! The New York Strip was tender and perfectly medium rare with garlic butter! The Cajun Shrimp Pasta was saucy and spiced just right with big shrimps and andouille sausage!
The service was great! Our waitress was attentive and friendly, and the owner madensurenwenhad everything we needed!
I'll definitely be back! Don't sleep on this place! Also, perfect for a date night if you're near downtown!

The food was so good, I forgot to get a picture. I ordered the fried catfish and my husband the wings. Both dishes were hot and delicious ?. That catfish was the best I had in a while. My husband ordered the Rick James Daiquiri. It slapped. Our bartender was cool as a fan. We would be back next time we visit

We have eaten at a lot of restaurants, this by far is the best I've ever had, compliments to the chef, next time we come back to Jackson we will stop in. We recommend the fried green tomatoes and the shrimp toast.

Had a great time visiting from Chicago. 2 floors of music options, downstairs was playing oldies but goodies, upstairs was playing the hottest Rap & R&B. The patio was huge, and did I mention the food and drinks were on point, Free parking, highly recommend

I'm giving this place a few stars merely because of the 10 dollar cover. If there's no live music playing, you're just charging me to eat! With all the fees attached to eating there and no live music, Whats the point?

I love the Atmosphere food and drinks was awesome and the service Trina was an awesome waitress so friendly helpful pretty she made sure she checked on us great service I think she should be a manager at Johnny
First off there are no servers there are about 20 tables, but you have to order all of the food at the bar, which is probably why they kept messing everything up. We had to assist other people with ordering and they food came out before ours. I asked the employee to check on our food and his response was “I didn’t put yall order in.” Nothing else done. The service is awful and the food presentation was not the same as others. There seems to be a lot of inconsistency and you never know what you will get. I do not recommend.

We celebrated my husband's birthday with a wonderful meal here. Our server, Treka, was excellent. She managed every table in our section with superb customer service. Our reservation was 7pm, we had our cocktails within 5-7 minutes and our meal in 20min. We were done within 50 minutes. The drinks were spot on! Lamb chops cooked to perfection. Cajun Shrimp pasta was amazing as well. We will be visiting Johnny Ts again. I encourage early arrival and reservations. It became crowded by 8pm. No weapons allowed?
