There is a sign up letting ya know that it's all cook to order. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It has a line and I soon noticed it was a small place where the only dining setting was outdoors in front of their establishment. I order the "Mariah". It was piping hot but seasoned excellently. It was a great portion of food

We ordered to go and my husband went to pick it up. We got the Mariah Special and the House Special. Both were so good!!! The chicken on the Mariah Special was delicious! We will be returning

Do yourself a favor and call in order at least 30 minutes before cause everything is cooked to order unless you wanna wait nearly 40 minutes or longer cause there's usually a line in the drive thru and inside. The seasoning is excellent but quite salty if you have high blood pressure or need to limit your salt intake. Maybe you can request 'light seasoning'. And they were out of the crawfish cream sauce needed to make the 'Swamp Pasta' so I ended up getting...
