I had to wait while the cooked? prepared? assembled my 4 cheese krystal’s, like i cut the car off at the window kinda wait. Ok it was late, 11:00pm or so but how are they already cold when I ain’t even made it out their parking lot yet?? And no i did not go back and ask them to remake my food, ohh no sir. I took my bag of “we done. already cleaned the grill” Double Contempt cheese Krystal’s and to the next Kangaroo / Circle K and asked to use their microwave. And yes they said yes, go right ahead. The always says yes and they got all the condiments napkins straws or whatever else Mr Contempt didn’t put in the bag after we reminded them that everyone gets napkins nobody gotta ask nobody nothing. straws, ketchup and straws go in every bag, Every Bag, you herd me

I visited this Krystal thru the drive through and it was a bit heavy traffic but it was great had a wonderful experience.
I had a large order that cost over $44.00. Right in the middle of placing my order on the inside, the young woman walked away, w/o saying anything. The man came up and told her, 'That was just rude'. He finished taking my order. I have never had an experience.like that before. I was the only customer inside. If I ever go to the Krystal in Philadelphia, Ms, I will NEVER do business with her, even if I have to leave. To the rest of the staff, they were wonderful, and I thank them.

This location needs to lock the doors indefinitely! The parking lot needs repair. The food was horrible. Our Krystal’s was cold at 7:45 am. The cheese on my sandwich was cold. My husband added bacon to his double Krystal’s and said that it tasted like nothing. I ordered the pick 5 and I didn’t get my apple turnover. I am highly disappointed.

I usually drive pretty far to come here due to this was the best Krystal's in Jackson. They must have changed management I received old cold food today I was really shocked never had this experience at this location. I won't be back again. POV: The cashier knew she was giving me old food and did it anyway.
I got a pleasantly nice call from the DM that was very apologetic and he offered to rectify this by giving me a free meal. So I will be returning soon to use the coupon.
