I went and it took me from placing my order to get my order a total of 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the window. There were at least 5 people in that drive thru area. Not sure if all of them were on the clock.
Never had Krystal’s as I’m a west coast girl. This was the wrong location to try being it was my first time. White Castles is way better than these mustard
They give me old food every time I come here. I even told her to make sure it was fresh and she still gave me old sunrisers. They are premade so they can move the line but we , the customers are the ones who suffer.

My boyfriend got food poisoning from you all store on Saturday December 2 2023 and the young lady at the front counter was very rude to customers her and the manager which was a guy was messing customers orders left to right and at the drive thru I have no idea how this establishment gets An A and the restroom was terrible as
