We went to Lou's Full-Serv last night to celebrate our anniversary. It wasn’t our first time but it was our first time to get the filet and holy hell was it good. We ordered the steak and fries and got the filet for our cut. Cooked perfectly medium rare with nothing but a little salt, pepper and char grill to give it flavor. After 550 miles on the road this place was truly a treat. Laid back atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, fantastic cocktail menu and even better food. The Redfish #1 was perfectly cooked and balanced to perfection. Ol’ Mississippi gets a bad rep in a lot of ways, but this place is jewel in Jackson. Check it out.
