First time ever here I’ve lived in the area for a long time and just wanted to try out a closer McDonalds. After my first impression I’ll definitely be bringing my business elsewhere. Customer service is GARBAGE. Process of order is all everywhere but where it needs to be. Waited a full 30 mins after I ordered to get my simple plain sandwich and fries.

This is one of the best overall McDonald's that I've ever encountered, even on my travels over the years.
Service has been fairly quick, especially for as busy as this location stays. Food was as good as you can get from a McDonald's. Food was hot, nicely packaged, etc.
I do want to give some real kudos to the fact that....this location's ICE CREAM machine, is always working! (The half a dozen or so times I've been at least)

What I like most about this particular location, that's on Fortification Street in Jackson, Mississippi, is that it's ideally situated for pedestrians because I don't drive. I always walk because of my vision. So it's great that I could walk in from any corner and come in and come out. There could sometimes be a wait for your food, and that's only because it's a busy location, and you know, you can only staff what you can staff (habing the McDonalds...
