Caramel frappe turned into a brown watered down slush!! This “establishment “ didn’t have ANY whip cream! She handed me the cup… NO WHIP CREAM OR CARAMEL! Then asked… do you want caramel??? DUHHH!! I ordered a CARAMEL frappe!!🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. Should have went to another location in ANOTHER area !!

Horrible HORRIBLE!!!!!! EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
THE GENERAL MANAGER OR MANAGER WITH ALL THE PIERCINGS ON HER FACE WAS VERY RUDE. SHE SLAM THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW ON MY FACE. I WANTED 30min on some ICECREAM ON MOBILE APP. (Just to drive to the window and the girl told me the machine were down/broken whatever the case might be).
She couldn’t give me no explanation of why they didn’t come to my car and tell me that the machine was down instead...read full review
