I went to mcdonald’s through the drive through after siting about thirty minutes my order was taken i asked her could i could a burger with no pickles or mustard she repeated my order back out loud and said something completely different so i corrected her the worker proceeded to tell me “Not you trying to get smart with me “.

This McDonald’s suck. It needs to be shut down. The food is always cold and the workers there have the worst customer service ever. I can’t wait to see that place shut down

They need a we're hiring sign. Only 3 people we're at work.
Now they were friendly! They did have my food ready promptly. However, the fries had NO SALT and they forgot to add the oreo mcflurry that I DID pay for🤦🏾♀️

Chicken sandwich was ok
Waited 20 minutes for our food which i was confused why considering we were the only ones in the drive thru and there was no one inside. They only had 2 drink options. Service sucked. The girl couldnt even look in my direction with handing me the bag. But its mcdonalds so… up to that point all was well when we got our food since we were ready to eat. Opened up the bag. Everything was cold and wrong. This location sucks worse than a broken vaccuum 👎

If I could give this location a zero I would. The service is extremely slow at this location. The staff is never present in the front. They only seem to be attentive to the customers in drive thru. Meanwhile , I stopped this morning for a smoothie at 7:38 am , I processed my ordered through the self checkout kiosk in the lobby. I didn’t get my smoothie until 7:51 am. When I got there it was only 4 cars in DT. So I’m not understanding why it took so long for one smoothie. What made even more mad was how it was given to me, it’s not even full. I’m so mad that I don’t even want the smoothie anymore. I was about to leave it for the guy standing in the lobby with me. I clocked in late for work waiting for one damn smoothie. There have been plenty of other times where I have paid for something at this location and I had to leave without food because of their slow service in fear of being late for work or lunch break. It’s ridiculous. But I tell you this I will never be stopping here again. Really hate this sorry location. The best part about coming to this location is the dark skinned young lady who works at the first window taking orders in the morning. She’s very polite and has a great customer service skills.

This McDonalds is ridiculously slow. Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes for food that should’ve easily taken 3-5 minutes. This is ridiculous. They need new management and staffers

It will freeze over in hell twice before I come back …service seem like the workers don’t want to be at work need to get out the drive thru and my fries so hard thought I was eating a brick… if I could give a half a star I won’t give yall that
