Y’all have some disrespectful crew members can’t never get food right they gave my Daugther a old burnt old burger and cold fries that had been sitting and than got a attitude with me people spends they hard earned money just to be talked to crazy and to get old food this place is sad and they got crackheads sitting on the inside this is sad outside smoking and bout don’t wash there hands some seriously need to be done about this night shift is so sad

Lately there has been 1 guy working here I ordered a sausage, egg,cheese McMuffin 2 and when I got the bag it was full of grease and when I opened the egg McMuffin grease came running out getting everywhere and I took pictures of it Quick trip is getting all your business anyway but I can't anymore more wasted

The associate at the front looked like he didn't really wanna work. When my food was ready. He sat it on the counter, gave me eye contact to let me know it was mine and walked away. I had to wave to get someone's attention for him to come back. Had to hold my hand out so he didn't just drop it in my bag on my fries. With no gloves smh
This is an amazing Mcdonald's. They got the order right, and the food was amazing, The chicken tasted fresh, the fries were hot, and the drinks were good.

Was in curbside for 20 mins waiting then had to go to drive tru to get my order

We ordered ahead with curbside pickup and checked in on the app when we arrived. After waiting in the car for 10 minutes, we went inside and they hadn’t even STARTED on the order. Once they did start on the order, it took 20 minutes. So overall, we ordered ahead, and then had to wait 30 minutes, and they didn’t even get the fully correct order.

Customer service was great from the front counter today. Tree I think I'm saying his name right, he was the only one that offered me something for waiting because my chicken nuggets was still uncooked and my sandwich was not right. He handled everything, the manager didn't even offer me anything for my inconvenience. Even though the young man and woman did their job. It was the cooks and managers. If you ask me I think some changes need to be made. Since I been here visiting this young man have made sure my order was right and always correct them. I think y'all need to remove some people and elevate some people. Seriously
