I have been there several times and they are always great. I was just there and one of the employees was very nice and friendly. They have great chai lattes and it is a very nice place.
I've had 1 job outside of my field of HVAC, as a barista and bartender. Native makes the best coffee I've ever had, from Seattle to Portland to New Orleans to my own. They use MS local milk that is much higher quality than anything else you've ever had unless you milk your own cow. Their biscuits are top notch too. Don't waste your time and money on anything else in Jackson, do yourself a favor and go to Native.
