Jamal at the Hattiesburg Newks is amazing! A true make it happen man! I ordered a salad and forgot to get the dressing ordered on the side. When he delivered it and saw the sad expression on my face, he jumped right in and redid the salad with no questions asked. Watching him interact with customers is a joy. He is kind and even fist-bumps. We need more Jamals in the world!

Ordered through bite squad. Driver Michael, was great! My soup was wonderful and my salad was blahhh! Added chicken to my caesar, but all my romaine was the very tough ends of the lettuce and no croutons! If i had known i would have ordered bread! The manager Sam, said because croutons are a free add on they don’t have to inform me so i can change. re: Lafayette, LouisianaWeeks ago, I made arrangements for a large group to meet at the Lafayette location. Somehow there was a miscommunication and the Sunday night people were not made aware that we were coming. To make matters worse, by accident, we found out 40 minutes AFTER the restaurant closed for the 4th of July holiday and only an hour and a half before we were scheduled to arrive.
