Extremely disappointed. This food truck canceled the morning of our event with no real explanation and zero attempt to make things right. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend them for any organized event where people are counting on food service. This was a major letdown.

Booked this vendor for an office event of 50+ people. Confirmed the day before the event that we were still good and he was going to be there. He cancelled the day of our event and left us scrambling to find another way to feed our folks because we couldn’t just reschedule.

Not only is the food absolutely delicious I was impressed with one man doing all the work efficiently and being extra clean at the same time. I had the steak and crispy chicken. Never had steak more tender and flavorful. The chicken was also tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. I will definitely be back! Thank you sir for a wonderful meal. It was well worth the money. You doing better than places with a full staff.

When I pulled up the line was out the door, people were literally waiting on him to open. I was amazed at how he cooks, runs the register & also provides great customer service to his customers. He remembered every one’s order and got us out in a timely fashion. The food was splendid, lots of flavor & the steak was tender & juicy. The chicken was also tender & juicy. It’s something about the sauce that he puts on it when the food is done that makes it go from an A to an A+. Overall the flavors, the quality of food & the great customer service is why I keep coming back for more. He has gained a loyal customer.

He showed up outside of the my job at a hospital with only him on his food truck. It was only him taking orders, taking payments and cooking the food. Despite it being just him the crowd was calm and patient. I think he became overwhelmed because he begin taking too many orders at a time and lost track with who ordered what and when. I noticed people that ordered after me getting their food before me and when I went to the window to see how much longer on my food he tells me he just ran out of the lamb chops after giving someone a plate of lamb chops that ordered after me. I had already waited a hour. I asked several times what can he make that won't take as long because I had already spent an hour and my lunch break had been over . He proceeded to get upset with me and started talking about me complaining to the crowd that was still waiting. I said several times that I was not mad at him only the people in the crowd that had skipped the line and received their food before me. After never acknowledging my wait time, or that fact that I didn't receive what I placed an order, or even letting me know what else I can order but can talk about me in front of me. I walked off and left. I never received such terrible customer service . He disregarded me as if I wasn't there. I even tried to re-ensure him that I was not mad at him but I guess he was overwhelmed or was being too prideful as if I was attacking him or his business. All I wanted was my order after spending my whole lunch break and then some trying to get something to eat. I'm only giving one star because I had to.

We booked him for a resident event and he no-showed. Residents were waiting and he gave us no notice. When we called the number he didn’t answer.

We had a fantastic dining experience this evening at an event in Madison, where we enjoyed an incredible steak and perfectly crispy fries. The flavors were exceptional, making. My daughter and I were truly impressed with the quality of the meal.

What stood out even more was the dedication of the chef, who was clearly the hardest working person at the event. He managed to juggle multiple orders with a smile, ensuring that every guest received the best service possible. It was inspiring to see his passion for food and commitment to providing an excellent dining experience.

Overall, we left feeling satisfied and grateful for such a memorable meal. We can't wait to see where he’s serving next!

Super unprofessional. He was scheduled for a resident event, and on the day of the event he was trying to get a food permit! WHAT?! He lied and said, although late, he was still coming. Needless to say, he never showed up! Residents were waiting for him and he didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know he wasn’t coming!
