We ate here our second night thinking how could we possibly continue the streak of amazing meals we had in Jackson those prior two days. Parlor Market let us know from the first bite that they weren't going to break that streak. We started with a special salad consisting of fresh strawberries, candied almonds, goat cheese and greens and every bite was spectacular, one of the best versions of that salad ever had. followed up with a lamb ragout pasta entree that couldn't stop eating, much to my distended belly's dislike later that evening. No room for dessert that night but I was more than sated, and were my wife and our friends in Jackson. Service was friendly and the atmosphere casual but polished in terms of details.Must try if you're in Jackson for sure.

Great food, awesome service. The Mahi Mahi was the best I've ever tried. I had the Affogato for dessert. It's vanilla ice-cream topped with a shot of hot espresso and beignets to dunk. Heaven!

Outstanding spot for delicious american food. It's so savory. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

I have never minded paying for food, but every single item at parlor market is over priced by about 30%. Its not that any of the food or service is bad, its just that it is hard to justify buying their 38 dollar steak, when you know its not as good as other steaks you have had at that price range. same for the pasta (shrimp scampi), hangar steak (which is their signature, and is simply not great). I have now eaten there 3 separate times, and thought the exact same thing each time - I could do better.
