The line was not clean. The GMs clothes were dirty. The lobby was hot. Employees were touching everything in the same gloves they prepared plates in. Attitudes were flying. Jackie was great & helpful. Younger guy with glasses was super nice. He should run the store!

I ordered food online. The website showed that they did not have a particular item I wanted, but once I got to the restaurant, they actually had the manager came over and substituted it for me. The three staff members I encountered were very nice and friendly and helpful and our food was very fresh and good. We really enjoyed it

My husband and I stopped for lunch for the first time, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. The lady there explained to us how many sides to get and the names of each meal. Also, the lady who was cleaning up the tables was so sweet to us! I really hope she's getting paid fairly for all the amazing work she is doing! I will definitely be going back to try the other meals they have.

Manager had told me that I could just ask and they would prepare me a salmon croquetfe today is the third time within a 2 months i have been there and have not gotten one yet. There is always an excuse and they are not on the serving line the three different days of this week that I have been. It is my favorite and I can never seen to get one. So if they say just ask for it don't count on it!

Really good food. Just like I remember from my childhood. Lol! And I still had to have a to go box because I couldn't finish my food. The employees were so friendly. I laughed the whole time I was in line. They are some characters! Great dining experience!
