They needs to close this place down in hire all new peoples every one has a nasty attitude the health department needs to come in shut this one down when they serving nobody have on gloves no hair nets on I order a cake it was so dry I had just throw my money away now I am sick because in one of the comments a young lady seen a roach I’m done.no more going there.

It's hard to find a Piccadilly's anymore, do when we do we go there. We went there for lunch and the line was not long at all. This is a cafeteria style restaurant. The servers were friendly and happy to help us through our inevitable decision. Many selections of desserts, salads, main courses and sides. I had spaghetti and meatballs and they were very good. The hostess at the checkout was also friendly and talkative. Happy that we came. Table service was good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant when you go through Jackson, ms.

The servers were not handling food properly. A couple didn't wear gloves when preparing plates yet touching the door to the kitchen and towel as well as utensils. One guy had on gloves but was wiping sweat from his face! Very unsanitary!!!

The service is always great!!! I usually do take out. I had the baked chicken which was delicious along with turnip greens and mashed potatoes with gravy. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I don't usually post. I call management with my reviews. Today the food was delicious. Fried chicken was seasoned tasty. The sailsbury steak was tender and season well. My sides which most times I don't like was cooked and season well. My meal today was a pleasure to eat and enjoy. Thank you to the cooks.

I had the most horrible experience at This restaurant today!! As I was getting my lunch, there was a roach spotted near the food!! I reported it to the manager and he claims to have sprayed for the roaches! This is utterly disgusting. I will never go back to this restaurant. This Restaurant needs an inspection as soon as possible!! I left this restaurant immediately

The baked chicken was burned so badly you could smell it, it was horrible. Complained and took my plate back and received some of the same burned, dry, baked chicken just covered in more gravy to hide the dryness and that it was overcooked. I don’t usually have bad experiences with Piccadilly, but I won’t be back. Just thought I’d share being that I gave them a chance to make it right.
