I waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes. The food was very salty and couldn't eat it. A man and his family said he saw a roach and he left. Horrible experience today in Jackson

I was at this Piccadilly for lunch. The liver was awful, but I tried to eat all of it. The more I ate the more I felt like I was going to throw up. I told my waitress and she took it back to bring me some baked chicken. However, the manager came out and asked me what’s wrong. I told him it was not good/bitter. His response was where is the liver. I said I ate most of it until I couldn’t eat anymore. He did proceeded to tell me he couldn’t replace. I thought to myself, what type of customer service is that… I didn’t argue with him, but his response caused me not to leave a tip! He needs customer service training or something! I will not return to this Piccadilly!! Very unprofessional!!

My mother ordered cater size Christmas dinner for the family. Thank goodness she had fixed other foods due to the fact that the candied sweet potatoes were raw and no sweetness, the rolls were hard as a rock, and the bread pudding was burnt, hard and there was no flavor to it whatsoever. We only took a taste of each and it was so bad. My mother called to inform them about the issue and the manager was so distracted and acted like she was being a bother. The manager told her she would have to bring the food back and the receipt. My mother informed him that she had paid for it on her credit card but they acted like they could not pull it up. The manager needs to take a class in Courtesy and customer service. We as a family will never again order from this restaurant. It is sad because we have been eating at Piccadilly for over 35 years.

I purchased a Christmas holiday dinner. I am so disappointed. I called a couple of days before my pickup to make some changes and called back the next day to reaffirm that they all had been made. I was told that all the changes were made. When I came in the next day for my scheduled pickup and went thru the box none of my changes were done. Secondly, I was shocked to see that the dressing and carrot souffle were both frozen prepackaged that you buy at the grocery store. Picadilly is known for making homemade, homestyle meals so to see prepackaged frozen dinners was disappointing. The turkey portions were small and tasted like the prepackaged Oscar Meyer sliced turkey. It's very obvious that it was not sliced off a turkey breast. The portion of cranberry sauce...it was obvious that they opened a can and put half of it in the container. When I got home I realized they forgot to pack my ice tea. Picadilly please do better. With the price of this meal being over $100 the portions should have been bigger and ALL OF THE FOOD SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRESHLY MADE. Very, very disappointed. The only plus is that customer service was very nice. This will be the first and last time that I purchase a holiday meal from Picadilly.

I ordered the white chicken dinner with 2 sides to go and was given just one of the sides
The chicken was bland and so was the rice broccoli medley. I would not go back there.

This restaurant used to have excellent food, great customer service and priced just right. On this visit I wanted baked chicken, carrot souffle and greens. Well the chicken looked like it had been there a while and burnt on top. I asked if they had more, but they didn't. It was 5 pm. I chose the fried chicken instead which was ok, the greens were not seasoned but the carrot souffle was good. I wish they could improve the food and service here because it's hard to find a buffet in the area.

Picadilly really needs to update their seating area. Looks very old and worn furniture. Food is okay but could be better too spicy on some items.

Good food, served mostly cold!! Terribly managed Piccadilly because of severely understaffed server line coupled to cashier misplacement. The cafeteria line moves at a snail’s pace because of inadequate servers. Even worse is the fact that take-out clients stand in the same line as dine—in clients. Dine-in clients thus have to spend so much time waiting in line that all their food is cold before reaching the end. Even worse, cash payment must be made at the end of the service line, rather than at the restaurant’s exit….dramatically slowing things down even further. The food is quite good, but it is always ice cold by the time you get to eat it….a sad case off awful management. The drink machine is often broken, iceless, or even spraying liquid all over customers and their food. This is a low-rent crap hole…..avoid it at all costs. Dr. K.

I grew up in Jackson, MS on Piccadilly. It was something we did as a family on Fridays and Saturdays. Although I’ve moved hours away and I visit home faithfully but these past few times I’ve come to town and will choose Piccadilly for a meal but lately the food has been horrible. The one in the Medical Mall is legit tho.

Got my food to go. Everything was great except the macaroni.
It wasn't baked, but I guess that's the norm for most restaurants nowadays.
All the other sides were well seasoned. Would definitely come again while in town.

We stopped there because we were breaking a really long coach journey and the tour company arranged it. To be honest the food was really quiet nice . However I would prefer a little more comfort. Not plastic trays , wooden forks and knives and a factory canteen feel. Mass produced but still a good standard. The staff were helpful but if you're on a long trip , go somewhere else .
