Piccadilly is a nice local chain restaurant. It is cafeteria style line food. It is very tasty. The price is kind of high. Customer service is great. I will say since COVID inflation and high employee turnover taste flavors are inconsistent and prices are higher than ever. I would ask and encourage people who like Piccadilly and who don't go often because of the inflation to make it a plan to go once a week to a few times a month to keep your few local restaurants available open because most days they are still very good.

I got the half chicken and the seasoning was very much salty. otherwise if it was not so much sodium, it would have been good. I did advise the manager and she appreciated my comments to her. hope they'll get it right.

My mom and I go to Piccadilly at least twice a month…it’s been a favorite for years! This location has been around for over 45 years and the food has always been good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I personally believe the prices are hard to beat. I’m always surprised it’s not packed on Sundays after church or during the week, but I do see plenty of takeout and DoorDash pickups, which hopefully keeps them going strong. If you haven’t been in a while (or ever), give them a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Place is old and outdated. Chairs need to be replaced. Cashier needs to be seated as you are leaving and not at the end of the serving line. When there is an anticipated busy time of the day, like after Sunday service, which is to be expected, the long line to pay can cause the food to get cold which was the case on this visit. I had to ask the server to reheat our food. Server was nice and very attentive.

They need to REMODEL right away. It seems that in our neighborhood, it's not important to update the spaces we eat in. I 55 location doesn't look like Highway 18.

I was at work craving hamburger steak and gravy with green beans so I decided to give them a try. The building was clean and smelled really clean. They only had large hamburger steaks when I only wanted/needed a small. The green beans I was craving were sour, perhaps from yesterday or the day before. I was so disappointed. They have really tried with the rebranding but missed the mark with me this time.
