The one plate of food I received was not worth the amount I paid. I'm done with Piccadilly's, I've given them the benefit of a doubt multiple times. I hate that I have to remove them off my list of places to eat.

I came here to have a nice lunch with my battle buddies in uniform. Our server was upset that we needed hot sauce before our food got cold. He never greeted us and the hosts were not helpful. They made rude comments and the server never approached our table but approached every other table. This place is not welcoming to those who serve.

Great meal. Go here about once a week. Same as it was years ago!
Good food. Service good, not clear on why it's a cafeteria but most orders were to go and all food packaged to go even if you dined in

They serve you your food portions of choice as you move down a line. The serving staff have that ole "School Lunch Lady" feel. While they treat you decent enough I don't know if they're aware of the hurrying attitude they give off to the customer. Some places get so used to frequent customers, knowing how their system works, customers knowing what they want and moving on, that a new customer senses their frustration when you're trying to make a choice.
There are no name plates for the food which can delay your choices where a visual is not so obvious. The pricing scale for each item category are handwritten notes taped to the food's protective glass. Between asking the staff and and mostly the customers I start to get a feel of how the pricing worked.
The food is just okay and while they have a buffet atmosphere you definitely don't get buffet prices. I paid $20 for what I've spent $7 on in the past and it tasted the same. Think go grocery store lunch plate.
The atmosphere is more of a cafeteria one in that they push long tables together. While I'm pretty sure they wipe them down they don't seem to be great about getting the cracks in between the connections.
Update: Hi owner I do appreciate your professional reply and I honestly thought I gave a three-star. Your reply actually brought this to my attention, so I do apologize for that misstep.

Hardly no food on the line. This is second time. Such a disappointment
While I was across town on Robinson road. Thought,I would try out this Piccadilly location since I didnt have good luck with the last location at the mall.. I did arrive early 10:50am.. No big deal, they open at 11:00am.. At 11:06, I called that location. When they answered, I told them I had been waiting outside and when were they going to open the doors.. She said in a few minutes.. I waited another 3 minutes (which seemed like 10). Driving off, I did see someone with a red vest come to door.. I’m assuming it was to open for business.. Anyway, too late.. I was there and they weren’t open.. Sorry to see them go out of business.. Like that anyway..

This place needs to be shut down immediately. Everything about my experience was horrible-the food was not hot or tasteful. The eating utensils were filty. The chairs were worn down. Just a horrible experience.

I came here two weeks ago on a Saturday me and my daughter the food was delicious after years. We came back a few days later automatically you can tell it was a different cook. I got chopped steak with rice the rides were so mushy and overcooked looked like mashed potatoes the lima beans were horrible no flavor no taste. Honestly Jackson is the worst when it comes to consistency and that is the problem with success here. They are barely still open they charge a lot we don't mind supporting but sometimes what they asking for and what you get is just not worth it. Believe it or not a lot of these businesses are manage that way or lack thereof is never any consistency here good last week horrible the next week.

Piccadilly is one of my go to restaurants. They have a great selection of food & are reasonably priced.
