Sat here over 20 mins and didn't even get my drink order taken. My plane started boarding, so I had to leave. I've had a really stressful day, I would have been happy with just a beer. Staff doesn't seem to concerned about the customers.

The absolute worst airport experience ever. Absolutely zero management or supervision. It’s just two women who are too busy hiding behind the wall on their cell phone to actually serve people. No gloves… coughing all over everything. Unreal.

So it’s 10. The menu had “Hashbrowns/Tator tots..

Drop em in the fryer and boom.. done.

I simply asked for fries instead. “Those are a lunch item”. ME: Don’t you drop them in the same fryer?

“Yes we do.. at 11:00”.
ME: ok I’ll just have the bacon and grits.

Cold and clumped together grits with limp bacon..

Meanwhile the overwhelming cackles from the kitchen laughing about this girls new weeve and how bad the cornrows look.

To top the experience off I went to pay with 2- Twenty Dollar bills and was told they don’t accept cash????

What is happening to America????

I travel a lot. Never been in this grill. But my flight was delayed so I decided to grab a sandwich. The server literally walked by me at least ten times. I finally asked could I order. She said just a minute. I waited another probably ten minutes. So total wait time at least 25 minutes. Airports every where else has always been pretty fast. This is by far the worst airport to try to grab anything fast at. Definitely just grab chips next time.

Not a bad airport bar. Menu was decent. I got a hotdog and fries. Service was a little slow. But it beats the bar and grill on the other concourse at JAN. i don't remember the name but it waa terrible the last time out of that side.

During my visit, I waited approximately 20 minutes before my order for a drink and chili cheese fries was taken. While I received my drink promptly, I waited an additional 35 minutes for my fries, which unfortunately never arrived. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, which seemed to contribute to the delays.

As the only restaurant in the terminal, I believe that addressing the staffing issue could significantly enhance the dining experience for your customers. Hiring more staff would likely improve service efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

Dodging flies while you eat, but even they have second thoughts on the food. Nobody around to check-you-out so you might miss your flight. In the running for worst airport restaurant in the country. Not even pretending to try.

Just an all around bad restaurant experience. They seemed to be understaffed. The food was sad, and the prices were high, even for an airport restaurant.

The Riverbanks Bar & Grill fell short in terms of wine selection. On my recent visit, despite prompt service from Kiara, the new staff member, there were lapses in attention to detail. The serving of wine with a straw and a lack of follow-up service left something to be desired. Also, the tables were not promptly cleaned. Unfortunately, with limited alternatives at the airport, it remains the go-to spot.

We had lunch before our delayed flight. We were greeted by Wyvonia B. She was great! The bar was pretty busy, and she was attending to everyone by herself. Very professional and friendly. We wish there was a Wyvonia in every restaurant here in Jackson MS.
