Decent food for an airport quick serve causal place. I got a veggie sandwich and requested a side salad instead of fries. It was not on the menu but the server was king enough to make the switch for me. Don’t expect a large menu or fine dining and you will be fine.

I walked into this restaurant and the server was sitting down at the tables on the right with another person talking , never acknowledge me as I walked in , I sat down at the area to the left when you walk in and waited , As I proceed to get my things and leave then the young later asked me was I ready to order.. I responded to her NO I am leaving , THAT WAS THE MOST RUDEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I EVER BEEN IN AT JACKSON AIRPORT !! I would NEVER go there again ..

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an airport restaurant, and I should have walked away. I ordered a burger and water, then quickly changed my mind and asked to remove the water. I was told this wasn’t possible. I then requested that the entire order be canceled, which was also refused. Out of courtesy, I went ahead and paid for what turned out to be an overpriced order.
About 10 minutes later, the burger arrived, but both the fries and the veggie bean patty were cold. The server never checked back to see if everything was okay. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I will not be returning.

The server/bar tender appeared to be disappointed that she had be at work to take my order! There were about 5 customers that received the same poor customer service. Then she used her phone to FaceTime with her son while customers waited for her to get off the phone…non emergent call.
The Breakfast Sausage Sandwich was okay. Sorta pricey!
Jackson leaders should travel to other cities to see restaurants in other airports…Riverbanks Bar & Grill is just mediocre at its best!

I have been standing waiting, along with 8 other people, for 20 minutes. No one has come to say hello, severed anyone, asked anyone of their needs, nothing. No one that works here has showed their face. I’ve never!!!

This was the WORST!!!!! I was brought a Sierra Mist with obvious dark soda on the top. I asked what it was and the waitress abruptly stated “it’s POP!!!” I could care less I don’t want to see dark soda on my clear soda period!
Food is overpriced even for the airport!
Lastly the waitress dumped my food and NEVER came back! I had to ask the bar tender to cash me out so I could board my flight! I was there all of 45 minutes and didn’t see her AT ALL!!!!
Do better or close down!

Grilled chicken on the salad was not fresh, Turkey burger was not bad, fries were crispy.

Awesome!!! Good airport experience and I realize everyone has their own experience but I must have come at a different time because my food was DELISH...best breakfast in a while. Then they made a drink with breakfast...service great! Harley was pleasant and just good Southern hospitality. So then manager came in and she was just as warm and cordial! So, they get stars from me...and they are not an embarrassment to Jackson. They are the first sign of Jackson when people arrive to the city....
