I frequently visited this place with my grandchildren they love it here, I'm not comfortable with the location as it's to close to the street for me. But overall, the service is good and definitely a good cool down. The nachos are delicious.

Decent location. Customer service is hit and miss but definitely more "hit" than "miss" so I'll give them that. Just make sure if you send your kids to the window with cash that you check and double check your amounts because apparently they will take advantage of the children's naivety and take a tip for themselves. :(

Haven't been to a Sno Biz in a while. I like that they put a domed lid with an opening on the cups to help prevent spills. The servers were friendly. $11 for three small cups (one with cream).
