Starbucks in Jackson

“Came from Alabama visiting a friend in MS. got some drinks before church at 10am. service was fast and the barista that took our order in the cafe was very sweet after i gave them my partner numbers. there were minor miscommunications with our order and we ended up asking for some more classic for a lavender cream matcha. I felt like i was a burden as a customer just wanting a morning pick me up. I felt like i was inconveniencing the workers by ordering a pretty basic drink and asking for additional syrup after tasting. dissapointed that it was this way, as im always excited to see other starbucks cafes. Hopefully they have a better day and get some rest for the next customer experience.“

“The coffee was good, as always! This particular trip, however, the service was extremely slow. We waited over 20 minutes for our 2 coffees. I do believe they were training a couple of new people. Don’t worry - it won’t keep us from going back.“

“So this is the one in Target by Drury Inn. The big box Starbucks was closed for reno. One would think that if the main supplier of coffee is going to be closed down, you would staff heavier in the next available coffee shop. They did not two youngsters trying their best to help probably 25 people waiting . Other wise it was Starbucks coffee.“
