This is my first time having a great experience at this subway. The young man with dreads allowed me to enter,even though it was closing time. He exemplified great customer service skills and did not rush me. I was hesitant about stopping at this particular store because every time,I encountered rude workers or managers. I only gave it a 4 star because they will have you to stand in line even if you are not ordering a sib. I only came in for cookies and I was there in line for 20 minutes. Once I got to the area to order the food. The associate asked what I wanted and I told him cookies then he told me to go to the register. 5 minutes later he asked how many cookies and I told him 9 it must have choked him because he then asked me again and I told him 9 cookies, please.There was no, I'm sorry for the wait, how may I help you or No, thank you come back again.But I got my cookie and I'm happy.

When arriving at the restaurant there wasn't a wait in fact I was the only one there besides the employees of course. The guy didn't seem interested in working neither did his fellow coworker. There was no greeting just, "What can I get for you?" But still I didn't see a problem I went alone and told him what I would like. He proceeds to make my sandwich. I did have to get asking for a little more veggies because he would literally put about 5 little items on it. He seem a little flustered but I am paying I would like my sandwich how I like it. I can say people have their days maybe he was ready to go I don't know, but I understand. I will return to this location to give it another try. But I did enjoy my sandwich.Parking: The parking is okay. But it's not the best. It's a slight hill across from the restaurant so if the parking spots are all taken then parking on the hill can be tricky.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
This Subway is AWESOME ?! There food is always fresh! They aren't stringy with the ingredients! You get what you asked for. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice staff. Kid friendly. Oh yeah they also except coupons! Stop by and pick up a fresh sandwich. You want regret it.

If you do order here, I suggest not ordering delivery. Go in and watch them make your sandwich. I ordered 2 sandwiches here the other night and BOTH of them were wrong so I got a redelivery just for BOTH of them to wrong again! I still have no received a refund. And they would not answer the phone. The customer service is beyond unacceptable.

They give you ample portion of meats on sandwich, however, watch the person putting meat on to make sure it's what you want as the teenagers tend not to listen and get it wrong. Also, if you want cookies, go early as they tend to run out by 4p.
