Really great pizza with interesting flavors you can’t get anywhere else. Follow them on the socials for the next pizza night. Their rye cookies are my fave.

I had a terrible experience at Sunflower Oven Bakery Shop. The place felt very RACISt and communist and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. On top of that, the bakery was dirty, with crumbs all over the tables, and the staff didn’t even bother to use gloves while making sandwiches. Everything was overpriced for what you get, and the customer service was SUPER rude. Definitely not coming back!

I took my friend who was visiting from out of town and wow we had a great time. Such a cool and unique space! I really enjoyed my breakfast ( I had toast with butter and jam) and she got a bagel. We also split a muffin that was super yummy. I do wish their coffee had been stronger, I can't wait to go back.
Parking: there was plenty of parking, which was nice!

Sunflower is solid. Salmon BLT and the rye chocolate cookies are a must! They make good food from fresh ingredients. Also, they host all sorts of community events in their space!

Whenever folks visit me in Jackson, Sunflower is always the place they want to go back to. Their baked goods are tasty, and they have some of the best coffee and juice in the city. They also do regular events, encourage outdoor/public seating, and uplift other businesses and projects in the area. The space and staff are accessible and inclusive. A real gem for everyone in the Jackson community.
Love their food and all they do for the Jackson community!

Sunflower Oven is a part of making Jackson feel like home. I love their sourdough and dark chocolate rye cookies. So grateful to them for curating such a cool community space, hosting music shows, and just being an awesome part of what makes Jackson Jackson!

I'm so disgusted that a restaurant! The food was mediocre and it's unfortunate they aren't educated on their beliefs! We ordered food, the server that took our order was giving us attitude the whole time because my 5yo son has a severe dairy allergy. She was clearly annoyed that he can't eat cream cheese which would hospitalize him since he has a true allergy. The baguette was so hard my kids couldn’t even eat it. The ambiance is disgusting controversial and made me uncomfortable. I don't come to eat to see extremists point of view. Completely distorted my experience. If I saw it from the beginning I would have never stepped foot inside this place. I wish I would have known before we came here. Would have never supported this place with a dollar of my money. I was so excited about this place. So incredibly disappointed. As a Jew, I will never in my life support such antisemitism. Never coming back ever again.

Unironically some of the best bread and cookies I've had in Mississippi. Will be returning when I'm in that neck of the woods again. Music was phenomenal too!
