This is the beefy 5 layer burrito I got at 7pm 1/13/2025. The guy with the dreads was rude and acted like he didn't want to be at work. I was the only one in the drive-thru and waited 5 minutes for this mess. Also, didn't want to give me any sauce. Very big disappointment!
UPDATE: Took a visit for lunch and despite the negative experiences I've received in the past with nightshift, the dayshift and day shift manager make up for it in a lot of ways. Very professional and polite. Food made right. I really appreciate that!

was asked to pull around for the them to bring me my food in the parking lot—which isn’t a big deal. until it had been 30 minutes and i saw one of the workers get out of the car that i had been parked beside the whole time who had been in his car smoking weed ( you could see the smoke coming out of the car when he opened the door) then go inside and make my food. and also went on a separate occasion where i was told they were “technically closed” 30 minutes before the closing time and all they could make were potatoes.

The wait was over 30 minutes in a drive-thru that does not have space to leave. When I finally reached the window, I gave the cashier my card. She gave it back, had me wait about 10 minutes, then another gentleman came and asked for the card again.
When we said we’d already paid, he very rudely said we had not paid. Apparently, the machine did not read our card, something the initial cashier did not explain when she gave me my card back.
When I finally received my food, after almost 30 minutes, not only was it not fresh, it was incorrect. I asked for Cantina tacos and received cold, barely rolled chicken tacos. My fries were not fresh and there was spilled taco sauce all over the bottom of the bag and on all of my food and utensils.
This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Taco Bell or any food establishment for that matter.

I love this location IN THE DAYTIME but tonight they done lost me as a customer they barely put any beef on my tacos at all then I paid for extra beef after I informed the worker that I am paying for extra beef he then made the order totally wrong with a attitude never again $30 down the drain

Please do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Of the 4 items I ordered, 3 were outright cold and the other was lukewarm at most. The cinnamon twists I got were stale and -I kid you not- quite literally rancid and bitter, making me gag and spit it out almost instantly. It seems this is true for most of the fried products, as the same can be said about the hard shell tacos and the tostada inside the crunch wrap. I’ve never regretted buying fast food from any restaurant as much as I did tonight. I didn’t bother going back for a refund or anything because it’s just not worth my time either.
