I can there Thursday night around 1:10am to pick up a doordash order for a customer. The guy who be wearing a weird hat on his nasty head. So was rude. Get this he said they was closed. I told him I'm there to pick up a doordash order. He didn't bother to look at my phone or nothing slam the window in my face and said they're out of ground beef. The first lie. Then came to my car said he was going to make my order after doordash call the store and then my customer call the store ask him was going on. How are you make her order sir when he said he out of ground beef. Then she told doordash and my customer I wasn't there. So I send my customer a photo of me outside in front of taco bell. This guy was trying to close the shop early. What crazy is that the first doordash make the same complaint doordash informed me. He is tall wear nasty dreads

They mess up my order completely every time and then don't wanna answer the phone, I called twice. I work at a hospital I expected my order to be done right. They skimp me in me order trying to stretch out the meat. I suggest no one go to the taco bell on high st. They always do me bad and they act like they dont want to work there. The cashier was simmie polite cause she saw them messing up my order. I will not go back to this establishment in my life.

Man we ordered the most simple thing. 6 soft tacos w cheese, 3 of them with 0 lettuce. Got 6 soft tacos with barely any meat, no cheese, and all had lettuce. It’s a simple order bruh do your job correctly
