Lady at the drive thru today (1-23-2025) at around 1:10pm was rude as hell. I asked for sauce and she didn’t give me any and when I went back through the drive thru to ask for the sauce she neglected to give me she caught an attitude and said she could “only give 2” because she “knew I gave you some” even when I PROVED she didn’t give me any to begin with claiming I “probably took it out of the bag” and I know for a fact I didn’t. She deserves to be fired or...

To me, this is the best taco bell in my area. They give you plenty of food, I always feel like I'm getting what I paid for.

Order was wrong, food was overcooked and cold. The guy who took my order wasn't paying attention and asked me to go get in the line again and reorder my food! I refused and asked for the manager as you know she wouldn't talk to me so I paid more money for my order and waited 10 more minutes, I won't spend my money here again. I get better service at Taco Bell in Madison!!!
