Just left the drive thru with my 88 yr old grandmother. Order a number 1 combo, the tacos were made all wrong. My order was also missing a taco, they charged me 15:99, then I clearly asked for Mild sauce, and he gave me all HOT!! It’s as if they just doing wat they wanna do. I was extremely upset when we drove all the way home to find our food completely wrong. Do better, or find another job!!!

I placed an online order that totaled 22.62 on 7/7/2024. When I went to pick up my order the lady told me that they could not fry my mexican pizza, my fiesta potatoes, or my Cinnabon bites because the oil was too black and they weren't frying anything for the rest of the night. I asked the lady to just refund the order and she said ok. I paid on the app so I didn't think to get a refund receipt or anything. I went back on the app and put in a request to let them know I didn't get my food but was still charged. No one has emailed me about anything and my money still isn't back in my account.
I will drive all the way across town when this location is just 5 minutes away from my house, because I can usually expect the "system to be updating", no mexican pizzas, no hard shell tacos, and once they even said they ran out of meat. The service here is just ridiculous now.

They’re just terrible. They don’t make your food right. They don’t like to give receipts and the management is worse than the employees. Waste of money and time.

Ms. Precious was very courteous, hands on, and very patient when I approached the window to pay for my order. Her smile is beyond adorable and I think she deserves a raise !! She's a great cashier/manager!

I went here and there were only two employees working , I waited patiently told them no problem not in a hurry and this was around 3pm. Got my ordered and drove home I live 8 minutes away so I wasn’t far at all. My food was either spoiled or something because there was a strong taste to the taco and you could even smell it , I took one bite and took it back. The employee that was making the food was the leader at the time (had brown hair in a ponytail) . She had an attitude because I asked for a refund and the other employee at the time agreed and said that the food was spoiled. The leader then says “I can’t give you a refund for all the tacos because you bit off one”. Which made no sense at all ! So I say ok just give me what you are going to give me and left . She obviously knew something was wrong when she made it ! This location needs to be shut tf down. How trifling do you have to be , to be upset because I wanted a refund for spoiled or old food ???
