Best of the best Pho and Fried rice in Jackson!!!

The chicken skewers could use some actual grilling. But the other dishes were flavor bombs.

Pho and chicken noodle curry bowl were incredible. Tom yum soup was awesome, so was dumplings and fried wontons.

Would strongly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thai Time Thai is hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The green curry is absolutely phenomenal, and the summer rolls are chef’s kiss delicious 🤌🏼. The service is always fantastic, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I truly have nothing negative to say. It’s basically the only place I go to eat in Jackson now. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out!

First time eating here. I enjoyed the food very much. I had the Khao Soi and my daughter had the Red Curry with tofu. Order green curry chicken to go for my partner. We were able to specify the spicy 🌶️ level, which is always good. Both meal were flavorful. My next choice will be the crispy chicken stir fry when I come back. The Thai tea didn’t disappoint! I will be back! Though I am not vegan, they have a vegan 🌱 selection on their menu.

I literally snack here 4/5 days outta the week that i work. These folks blocked my number because wasn’t able to pick up my order 1 time outta all the times i eat here then it was because we got busy at work and i didn't take a break that day. That’s ridiculous i couldnt even order online because they restricted me. Then when i went in the store to see if they hanging the phone up on me i see they blocked my number. The phone literally rung then hung up. I hope they lose a-lot of business this way because blocking people is INSANE!!!! Then when i asked the lady about it she was stuttering so hard i couldn’t understand her sounds like she was nervous and all i wanted to know was what happened. Very unprofessional and rude i would never eat here again. BLOCKING me over a $6 soup is CRAZY WORK

Edit: i called from my business phone and the lady tried being disrespectful to me because i called again wanting to speak to management! Turns out… the lady i talked to WAS the manager/ owner 🤣 i was understanding and professional but she said “ma’am you left a bad review i seen your caller ID and you work around the corner”… So the point is i wanted a understanding. Yet she lied and was disrespectful trying to over talk me.. I’ll take this review down if i get an apology! I spent so much here due to me being sick so to be disrespected and misunderstood i don’t appreciate …

The service is always so good and friendly. I had Khao Soi and it was delicious. We also love the satay, gyoza, fried rices, and curries. It’s my go-to for Thai.

I have never experienced such behavior before. The staff were asking for large tips, and when we were not willing to pay, they were very rude to customers. The food was good, but the employees behavior was unacceptable.

We ordered Thai Time from Uber Eats. I also got Tom Ka soup. We were so disappointed that the food was inedible. The noodles were straight mush and mine had the added disappointment of a burnt taste throughout. As a bonus my soup was watery, flavorless, and the coconut milk was completely separated. We first called the restaurant to explain and they could not have been less concerned! After putting me on hold multiple times an associate told me that it’s just the fresh noodles they use and management has received other complaints. Before they listened to my complaint they asked if I would call back because they were busy. They advised us to call Uber Eats for a refund. Uber Eats was pleasant when we called to complain and did refund our money. We are grossed out and no longer even hungry. I gave them three stars for atmosphere since I haven’t visited but can only guess.
