The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, often making customers feel like they are part of a community. The menu features a variety of dishes, with standouts like the smoked tuna dip served with chili lime and saltine crackers, and Manship Woodfired Oysters paired with focaccia bread. The restaurant also offers plenty of vegetarian options and accommodates dietary restrictions.
The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen is known for its exceptional cocktails, with customers raving about the "Best Damn G&T" and the Vieux Carre, a NOLA classic. The dishes are consistently delicious, especially those with a touch of smoke and fire, such as the Smoked Tuna Dip, Gumbo, and Pork Chop. Customers also enjoy the Pancetta Mac & Cheese and Gouda Grits, which are paired with excellent wines.
The restaurant is praised for its attentive service, with servers ensuring dishes arrive in a timely manner and in the correct order. The decor and atmosphere are also highly regarded, creating a wonderful dining experience. While some customers have noted that the portions can be a bit light, they still recommend trying the delicious home fries and crab claws, despite the latter being slightly overpriced.
