I have always had great pizza here. Never had an issue until today. I don't know what they have changed but this place has gone from the best pizza in the area to the worst. You would be better off going and getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Needless to say I will not be eating at Pizza Shack again.

Unfortunately, this was not the best experience at Pizza Shack. The restaurant was quite warm due to a lack of air conditioning, and the drink machine was out of service. Rather than offering familiar Pepsi or Coke products, only Kroger brand sodas were available. There were two employees on site—one working in the back preparing pizzas, and the other spent most of the time seated at a table on his phone. Overall, the visit did not meet expectations.

Pizza was a little overdone but tasted okay. Service was slow but mostly because of the lady in front of me being really needy. Cool spot though, looked like an old school pizza shop you might find in manhattan.
