The staff here is great. Our waitress, Poundcake was so nice, and on top of things from the moment we sat down. The other employees were all nice and seemed to genuinely get along, definitely some of the friendliest staff.

I had an absolutely phenomenal meal here with my family! Texas bacon patty melt with a fried egg was just 👌👌👌👌 and the hospitality was off the charts! Our waitress Poundcake was kind and personable, and everyone made us feel at home even 6hrs away from our own 😁<3

Really disappointed in this location and I blame the district manager for not making sure the store is fully stocked with needed items at all time. Your employees are only as good as your leadership. Get it together.

So I was the only paying customer in the whole store. But there was a off duty waffle house guy sitting across the restaurant on the other side. Waitress brings my food then goes and sits with him, talking and laughing very loudly, and forgets I exist. I finish eating and still have to wait an additional 12 to 15 minutes just to get the check and a to go box. Absolutely horrible service and this girl should be totally fired ! Waffle House if your reading this, review your own surveillance cam if you don't believe me. I give reviews all over the USA and to get a bad review from me means someone defiantly earned it !

There were only 3 occupied tables. The waitress walked off before we finished ordering then chastised my husband when he walked over to let her know. Her hair was all over the food station, I watched it touch the waffle batter a few times. She kept going to socialize with another table of loud women. After 15 minutes when we hadn’t received drinks we left.

This location was close to my hotel and because I slept in too late to get the hotel breakfast I walked over here. It was my first visit to a Waffle House anywhere. I was surprised it is not that big of a place inside, but I felt welcome. The booths are a bit run down, but the place is clean and the service was attentive. I ordered a waffle and coffee and it was all perfect. And a great value!

Came in at 9 pm was told takeout only. Then charge almost 5 bucks more to card. That’s crazy that every other Waffle House has better service. Don’t want to have ppl in place I guess easyer to clean up. That’s new to me. They said it was on door but sign says Friday through sat 11:30 pm to 6am today is wensday. I’m not good a math but we were there at 9:00pm wtf…..

No one at the bar but me. 2 or more empty tables Cute Halloween oufits, but it felt like walking into a funeral. Sat at the bar for a few minutes...not welcomed & no attention. So I left. I am now in Byram. What a difference!!! Qita was awesome
