This is the 3rd time I've gone there and my order be messed up I spent 17$ on pretty much a medium fry and small frosty cuz my sandwich is completely wrong. It sucks!

I arrived at the Wendy’s at 12:25 am after checking to see that this location closes at 1am. I sat at the speaker for five minutes with no answer. After deciding to pull up to the pickup window, the young lady at the register informed me that they were closed. To double check, I called this same location and the male on the phone informed me that they were still open although they were experiencing system issues; I was reassured that they were still open. When I pulled around for the second time, I again waited with no answer and after pulling up to the window again, I was met by another employee (male) who told me that they were no longer taking orders. This location is extremely unorganized and lacking in leadership and effective communication.

Ate bacon burger. Tasted delicious but didn't realize it was was a triple patty burger until I open it up and was shock at the size of it Couldn't take a bite thru it and had to bite one side then the other. Managed to eat all of it but it will be my last one to dine in and eat as I was full before finishing half of of it. By the way way I only got the smaller one.

Fast friendly service they kno exactly what I want
I was welcomed at the front counter upon arrival, the employee was very friendly and after placing our orders, she ensured that it was prepared and given to me in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this location. The only concern I had & it’s out of the staff’s control, but homeless vagrants sit on the curb near the entry/exit doors & panhandle. I noticed several more camping outside of the Kangaroo & Arby’s next door, so be aware if you’re female or traveling alone or with children they will probably approach you for $$
