Serving garbage to customers. I ordered a patty melt with added grilled mushrooms and jalapeños. The patty melt was old, hard, and cold with dried out meat, hard crumpled cheese, soft bread, and no mushrooms or jalapeños. I called to speak to a manager and they were playing on the phone. Then the guy I believe pretending to be the manager told me that they didn't have mushrooms, but the girl took the order as if they did. He told me to bring it back as if I wanted to drive back over there and hung up. No apologies, no nothing. Just horrible.

Idk what was happening at the time I went there. I ordered in the drive-thru amd when I pulled around there were 2 vehicles already waiting there. I sat there without moving for 10 minutes. I was running out of time to be somewhere so, unfortunately, I had to leave without my food.

The customer service was awesome/ I didn't get the young ladies name but she had natural hair she was patient . My food was good.
I came at 1pm. The whole southern university band was here getting food. And all the staff at this location was on point and on top of everything. They not only still got my food out quickly. They took care of all other customers and drive thru and the entire university band like it was nothing. It was awesome to watch them stay so well organized, fast, and efficient. I give mad respect to everyone working today. Keep it up. Yall just became my number 1 whataburger in the area. All because of what I just watched and experienced
