I was there 45 minutes for my order. I was in line with 9 people ahead of me. 10 people working in the kitchen & 1 register open. Unacceptable when things are busy.

It was good. The service was excellent! I tried it for the first time in Arizona and enjoyed it. But this tasted different and the menu seemed different too. Not sure if I had a limited time burger. But I also had it with curly fries, and I didn't see that on the menu here. All in all, I enjoyed it, aside of my expectations.

The food is pretty good. The employees are not friendly at all. That's if they even speak. The surrounding area outside is a bit scary and doesn't feel safe. I have been several times because the food is pretty consistent and it tastes good but I only go to drive through. If you're not from the area I definitely suggest the same.

I went through the drive-thru so can't speak about the atmosphere. I ordered the patty melt, onion rings and white chocolate peppermint shake.
I had only eaten at Whataburger one other time and was not impressed. I thought I would try again and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great. The only negative was that the wait was too long.
