i give this place a 3.5/5. the food was good, however the staff could do a better job at up-keeping and cleaning up the place. it kinda takes away from the whole experience.

Please excuse my previous review! That was a technical error. My uncle asked for my mother and I to pick up some food from this place. We're visiting from California and had never been. We called to place a phone order and the person who took our order, unbeknownst to us, was the owner himself! He was so patient and kind, even though we called him to "fix" our order like 6 times ...sorry. Anyways, when we pulled up we were greeted immediately. The staff was friendly, the place was clean with trendy music playing, and while our food order was being bagged, it was shown to us to confirm that it correct. We had two orders of shrimp fried rice and a chicken salad. I paid to have their Cajun sauce as my salad dressing and had no regrets. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back to try the pasta that everyone has been raving about. Thank you Zoe!

I placed several orders. One of the orders was incorrect and two items were missing. I asked them to refund the money back to my card. I was told they could only give me cash. I had to drive back over there. I had already called the restaurant and notified the cashier of my missing items. He was supposed to make a note of it. When I got there they only wanted to give me my money back for one of the items. I was told they don't give refunds. I asked how is it a refund if you didn't receive the item. The young lady argued a little but eventually gave me my money back. They don't ask you if it's okay to keep your change. They just take it. Is this not stealing. I will never buy anything from there again and because of this incident they lost a total of six customers

This food is SOOOOOOO GOOD!! This was my second time coming. I had some Cajun pasta the first time and I had some wings this time. I forgot the name of these wings but when i tell you these wings were delicious!!! They're not small like wings from other restaurants either. Would definitely recommend.

Best restaurant in Jackson. I highly recommend stopping by Zoe's and getting a plate. Wide variety of foods; soul food, seafood, pasta, burgers, salads, and spuds! Everything is seasoned perfectly, and cooked fresh. Staff is super nice and it is family friendly environment. I recommend seafood pasta, or the catfish with loaded fries! Definitely coming back soon

This place was far from what I expected. I had a shrimp baked potato with cheese, bacon bits, sour cream & butter and this costed me $12. No drink or fries with this order. It wasn't worth the price. Btw the potato was small. At Steak Escape u can get a load potato & a drink for $7. Sherria's Chicken Coop is way better than this place. Won't be back here again. Not to mention the staff & the location

I absolutely love pasta. Especially Cajun pasta. I saw good reviews so I thought I'd try Zoe's out. I got the Cajun chicken pasta. It was extremely salty. Not spicy. Just salty. I could only eat about a few bites. It was possibly the first pasta I've ever not finished. Maybe this was a fluke because everyone else seems to be raving about this place. But my pasta that day wasn't edible.
This place is amazing. It has quality food and a great staff. If they were in Ridgeland Renaissance they would be just as busy.

The service at this place was above and beyond. I went two days in a row while visiting Jackson. The first day I had the fish and shrimp combo, I subbed my fries for a loaded potato and I added 5 grilled shrimp. There was a lunch special that applied to my order so my price was not bad at all! When I tell you I was mad when I finished my food- I wanted MOREEE! The second day I ordered the shrimp pasta and added crabmeat. This pasta comes with sausage and you can either get Alfredo or Cajun sauce. It was gooooood omg, but a tad salty. I ate it for leftovers the next day and added a little milk and it was literally perfect. A+

This place is becoming the most talked about local food scene. This is real food people. Like, the cooks here know what they are doing that's why the prices may be a bit shocking. Though this is catering mostly to be taken to go, it has sit down restaurant quality food. Heavy serving sizes so you're gonna get your money's worth. Worth the wait, worth the money. Trust me.
