We took a detour on our road trip home to Texas after seeing Carl’s Catfish on Facebook. The pictures do not lie! The catfish tasted like it was freshly caught, shrimp was perfectly crisp, the fried crab was delicious, and some of the best hush puppies we have ever tasted! Do yourself a favor and stop at Carl’s! Anna knows what she’s doing!!!
