Great bbq stand, right next to Love’s. I ordered a two meat plate with pulled pork and brisket. I got coleslaw and baked beans for my included sides. I paid $20 for the food.Meat was great. Tender, succulent, delicious. Both were lean with just the right amount of fat for my taste and preferences. Not a lot of seasoning either, so very meaty.Sides were okay. The food is great! You get a lot of food for the money and it's some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. The staff are very friendly. We will definitely be stopping back by here.
April22,2023 Stopped across the street from Freedom BBQ to do my 34hr break . They were still open so I ended up getting a two-meat plate to go ( they do have outdoor seating available) with Ribs/Brisket and Mac & Cheese/Cowboy Baked Beans . When I carried it back to the truck I realized that it was the heaviest To-Go BBQ plate I think I've gotten ! Plenty to eat ! The ribs were OK and the Brisket was thick cut and was good .
