I don't know if the person working the drive thru was having a bad day or what, but there was no warm customer service at all!!! The drive thru person did not greet me as I pulled up to the window. They just handed my order to me and closed the window. I had to get their attention in order to ask for dipping sauce. Before I could say, thank you, they had already closed the window...
