“Our server, Haylee, was new and sweet. She wasn't familiar with how foods were prepared so she had to ask someone else. My whisky BBQ bacon burger didn't taste right plus it was overdone. It tasted like fish. I wasn't asked how I wanted it. When she asked how the food was I told her it didn't taste right. Without question, she took it and got me another entree. Thank you Haylee.
Just a suggestion to management, make sure the servers know the me u items so the servers are better prepared.“

“Let me start with the bad, half the order was missing when we picked it up and we didn't notice until we got all the way home (~30min drive). We called and the manager had the missing wings driven out to us. You can't beat that kind of amazing customer service. 10/10 good job BWW team.“
