I've always loved Starbucks and have had the best customer service.Today I went and I forgot to say on my order that I wanted it frozen and then I asked her to do it for me. Cause I had forgotten to say it over the speaker. I get given a very ugly look. With just dead eyes from this worker. She didnt say anything just took it from me. This is my first time ever being treated like that at any location. I said thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

literally worst service ever, waited 20+ minutes and they didn’t even get my order right. people in there were all over the place and it was so unorganized and unprofessional. there was black stuff in my water and it was just nasty behind the counter. took forever for a microwavable sandwich and chocolate croissant.

Literally going on 40 mins as I write this… traffic in the road. Line done circulated 3 times. Folks pushed to the back. Still waiting … 11:29am now 12:10pm.. coffees don’t even taste like they should… finally getting

We were waiting here for an hour and didn’t get our food this place is not professional at all did not enjoy my experience here and I constantly had to remind them what I ordered. Starbucks needs to be eliminated.

Workers were very nice. But the bathroom was atrocious ? I have worked in fast food/retail and in a corporate office setting so I understand the need for finding people that will go to the standards of these companies but when you have a worker standing around walking back and forth to appear busy..and there’s a bathroom in a dire need of attention is ridiculous.Our drinks were made exactly correct by the book. But that happens. I ask for a warmed piece of the pumpkin bread. She comes back and says that she didn’t warm it up too hot and ask if it’s fine. I’m like it’s fine. Only to get in the car to eat it and it’s ice cold in the center. ?I appreciate the thought but in hindsight, I can let it cool. That’s what I always do an why not just do it how you’re SUPPOSED TO and then you have no complaints like I’m giving now.I try not to complain but I am out of town for business and stopped off the interstate on my way to Louisiana for my dose of Starbucks. Only to be let down. ☹️ I’m not mad. Just sad.

I love Starbucks. Many people don't like their coffee but I do. The Starbucks in laurel has had its bumps since opening but what business does. It was tremendously understaffed for awhile and all the workers worked their butt off so hats off to them. Today I got my usual which was excellent and then I ordered a venti cold brew for my husband. They didn't have the cups for it so they gave me a recovery card which had 4 dollars on it and still gave me a grande cold brew. So awesome! The place is always packed out so make sure you hit them at their less busy time.These people definitely deserve raises because people go insane over their coffee.

Huge Starbucks. They made our drinks correctly. It's definitely a requirement when it's the only coffee place we could find within 30 minutes of where we were staying.
