Workers were very nice. But the bathroom was atrocious ? I have worked in fast food/retail and in a corporate office setting so I understand the need for finding people that will go to the standards of these companies but when you have a worker standing around walking back and forth to appear busy..and there’s a bathroom in a dire need of attention is ridiculous.Our drinks were made exactly correct by the book. We called about the been there series mug and the manager was awesome enough to hold one for us while we were in the way :)! The young lady who help with our order was super nice! Our drinks were also perfectly made!

I've always loved Starbucks and have had the best customer service.Today I went and I forgot to say on my order that I wanted it frozen and then I asked her to do it for me. Cause I had forgotten to say it over the speaker. I get given a very ugly look. With just dead eyes from this worker. She didnt say anything just took it from me. This is my first time ever being treated like that at any location. I said thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
