Starbucks in Laurel has had its ups and downs since opening, but the workers are hardworking and friendly. The manager went above and beyond to hold a special mug for a customer. The drinks were perfectly made, and the staff even compensated for a missing cup by giving a recovery card. Despite being understaffed at times, the workers do their best to keep up with the busy pace. While some may not enjoy the coffee, this customer loves it. However, the experience was marred by a bathroom in poor condition and a cold pumpkin bread. Overall, the workers are nice and dedicated, but improvements could be made in certain areas.
