Employees do not greet customers and take forever to give coffee, needing customer service skills. The service standard is disappointing, as they were out of Splenda Sweetener for a week. The coffee and warmed cheese danish were not served at the same time. Parking is difficult because the drive thru line blocks the spots, with very tight spaces. It is not kid friendly, with no fun activities for kids inside or out. Despite this, a regular customer says the coffee is always made the same, using stars is easy to redeem, and the staff is friendly, energetic, and warm.
