Love them never have had a problem. Yall need to ignore that 1 star review because if y’all want more juice, you can go back up there and trust me they will give you some more. Yall have to learn to ask and not be scared of the public. Remember most of these workers are teenagers. They are still learning.

They just posted about people asking for more juice or less juice on their snow cones, but I thought nothing of it due to I felt like for being in business so long they’d of course know. Unfortunately, today, I decided to have snow cone here and regret it😩 and I love snow cones so much! When I took my spoon out of the snow cone, I immediately noticed there were nothing but WHITE! I dug around and realized there was no juice anywhere at the bottom after the first bite- just the top had juice! Now I understand why they needed to make the post due to they don’t know how to make them CORRECTLY even after all these years. I wanted this to be good so badly!
