Arrived at 12, at 12:15 they took our order for two lunch specials. 12:45 we asked how much longer it would be. After checking, "Unfortunately, I don't know what happened to your ticket & she's cleared away everything for the lunch special." We reordered & at 1:15 we had lunch. I ordered the patty melt & asked if it had sautéed onions..."yes." The onions were chopped (see photo,) barely cooked & crunchy. This was my second time to visit Sam's. I'm hoping this is not the norm!
Homemade food that is super delicious!! Food came out hot and waitresses nice and fast :)
Family oriented place. Great food. Definitely recommend
