I was visiting from Alabama, and stopped at Hardee’s for my first time. Cashiers helped me pick out the perfect sandwich from the menu, it was a super cheeseburger. Well dressed, fries was hot, customer service was on point. I would definitely return again, lots of love from Alabama.
The self serve coffee machine was a happy surprise. The whole restaurant, including the bathrooms, was spotless. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had every single little detail just right.Vegetarian options: Honestly, they need some vegetarian options, besides cinnamon rolls and French toast sticks, but they are always willing to remove the ham from the Frisco Breakfast sandwich. I’m a truck driver, traveling from New Orleans, I stopped by Hardee’s the three ladies they greeted me very nicely. The restaurant was very clean and I couldn’t believe the general manager was on night shift. That’s says a lot about management and customer service. The food was fresh and my cashier Amber was very nice and her smile lit up the room. I will definitely return to Hardees on Chantilly Street
