“Good homemade country cooking at an affordable price. The food was hot and tasty. The restaurant has an old feel but everything looks updated. Blend of cultures can be found here. Lots of parking in the back for truckers. And the severs were mostly friendly.“

“I don't like crowded places, and that's the only reason for four stars on the atmosphere. I LOVE their sloppy fries and get them very often for lunch, and I have even enjoyed their burgers before (I don't really like most burgers). My mom loves the sweet potato fries with marshmallow sauce (I agree), and my dad, normally a hearty/meaty meal type, LOVES their chicken Ceasar salad. Overall great food with pretty decent prices depending on your goal. Kids and other families there seem to enjoy the play area, but it is not available if there's bad weather. I do find it annoying and potentially extremely wasteful that all dine-ins have to take a reusable cup home anytime they want a drink, but I do concede that it's better than Styrofoam or non-reusable plastic.“

I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I’m a truck driver, traveling from New Orleans, I stopped by Hardee’s the three ladies they greeted me very nicely. The restaurant was very clean and I couldn’t believe the general manager was on night shift. That’s says a lot about management and customer service. The food was fresh and my cashier Amber was very nice and her smile lit up the room. I will definitely return to Hardees on Chantilly Street“

“This is a great restaurant! We've returned time and time again. The owner, when we go on Sundays, is always there. He makes it a point to get to know his repeat customers and remember their names, coming out of the kitchen to check how your meal was and to make light conversation. I always thought that was really nice of him, as busy as he must be. The rest of his staff are always very friendly as well. His store is clean and always well stocked, I don't believe we've ever been told "sorry we're all out" I'm sure it does happen from time to time and maybe we've been lucky but my family has been coming here for years and it just simply has not happened to us. I think this speaks to the management's dedication and attention to detail!. When a restaurant's food and service is questionable, we simply do not return. That's never been the case with Laurel's Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. If it were in the future, our past experiences here would warrant notifying the manager, as we know he would rectify the situation. We have yet to find this necessary. Keep up the great work, guys!“

“Last week I took a group of second graders there for lunch after a field trip. I called ahead and they were so very prepared for us. They had a plan to stream line their orders where there would be no mix ups. They were kind, helpful. My students and parent chaperones enjoyed the experience. The manager and each worker that assisted us got an A++.It was truly a pleasure! :)“

“Went by yesterday because I just had to have a footlong coney. It's been years since I've gone. Took my order promptly and I came out very fast. The man who brought my food said the order so fast I couldn't understand what he said. Turns out, he was the manager and explained that with the fast paced environment, they get used to talking fast. He repeated the order for me more slowly so I could understand. Very pleased with his customer service. It's so rare to find people that will accommodate you. And to be fair, I had a very long week and was tired... so I was probably listening slow. 😅 Shout out to you sir, thank you for making my food and my day. 😄“

“I get lunch at Zaxby’s in Laurel all the time. They are always quick and make my order correctly every time! They have such a great staff, and the boss man is always there when I go being hands on and helping serve. Bri always greets me with the prettiest smile, and the food is always hot! “It was good i always get the italian herbs and cheese with the buffalo and mayo teriyaki chicken toasted with olives jalapenos and banana peppers i like the spicy stuff also the rasberry cheesecake cookies are amazing my favorite cookie of all time! The only thing i dislike is their new sweet onion sause BEWARE of the new onion sause its disgusting bring back the original one!“
