“I have always received orders correct inside Petal CFA but never in the drive-thru UNTIL tonight! Malachi was very patient with me as he took my order & I did not feel rushed as I do at other CFAs. Jordan was very helpful at pickup adding a Cherry to the ice cream for one of my children & the sauces I forgot to ask for when I ordered. Meltdowns were avoided tonight!“

“Chicken sandwiches are good, especially the BLT one. Fries are fair-tasting. Parking lot looked clean when went through drive thru. Employees did well

“Petal Wards is about the best Wards around. Go with the double little one instead of the big one cause the meat tastes better. It's good, but is it just me, or didn't their food taste way better when we walked over after school1 in the late 80's.“

“I love Sonic, it is usually always good. I would give a 5 but you have to be a little better for that and the fact that it has gotten a little pricey. They make one of the best cherry limeades at this location with just the right amount of favor.“

“Not as good as nonfranchised pizza places, no place inside to sit and eat which is a down side, can't beat the price and it's better than petals foxes pizza and dominos in the surrounding area. Clean restaurant and a drive through window. Much better than dominos of petal“

“05/2024 Edit: I know this review is already lengthy, but I wanted to say that the restaurant has really improved and has a good crew of folks who are very friendly and make it right if there's something wrong with my order, I now go here on a regular basis and avoid the Hattiesburg location. What a difference time can make with certain locations!
Edit 05/23/2023: The area director reached out to me about this experience and apologized for the issue, and said to wait a couple of days to see if the 1-800 number would refund my money. They didn't. I contacted him after the two days had lapsed and he said he'd let his boss know and he'd get my money back. He held true to his word and the money was back in my account the next day!
He stated the manager would be in touch as well to offer replacement meals, but I still haven't heard anything yet. To be honest I don't need anything free, I just wanted my money back.
I have bumped the review from one to three stars for the good results I received from the director, but ya'll still need to implement the ability to cancel orders for situations like this as well as work on that terrible 1-800 number! I realize this is a corporate issue and not this specific location however.
Placed an order online for dinner and set up the time for 5:45 so I could drive from work. At 5:44 I receive a phone call from the location stating that none of my fried items could be made (about 95% of my order) and I'd have to check "Somewhere on the app" to cancel my order.
Well the app states you can't cancel orders, you have to call them. So I did, and gave my information, but I didn't get a refund yet because the customer service rep said he'd have to send it to his supervisor. No ETA on that, so now I'm out $42 and I still have to find dinner elsewhere when I just drove out of my way from the next city over on my way home from work.
I understand things happen, but give us the option to cancel our order for situations like this!“
