“I placed our order and got it in a decent amount of time however I forgot I had a free dessert for my birthday. When I went up there again to use it, she said they can't except it at the moment. Then because I pointed out they can use it because on the app it says redeem in store, she asked what I'd like so I said the jamocha shake so she then said I had to spend $1.00 to use the coupon in my app. Because they were so busy I just left. I read online and I did not see that anywhere. So the kicker of all of this, in my original order I asked for 2 apple pies and she said they only had 1 so I paid for it however got home and no apple pie. Just an overall let down.“

“The ladies their know what I want they take the time to speak to you.as they have to be harassed by one customer. That is all ways complaining that it's cold.i finally had to as because he directed comet at me.so I ask if they are so bad why keep coming here.as he said because im going to change things here.and I answered if they are that bad I wouldn't keep spending my money here.my hats of to the breakfast crew.i go by every morning and all they do is try to plz this man.i feel sorry for those ladies to have to deal with that as soon as they open.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I used to avoid this Wards because it was so unfriendly. I actually went in on a whim and was so glad the customer service is a MILLION TIMES better. The food is, of course, fast food but a lot better than the major chains. It's friendly, cozy, and a great place to grab a quick bite or to have a sit down meal.“

“We usually have such a good experience here, but today was not their best. Our food was okay, but they messed up our drink order so we ordered a correction. The car hop was not at all friendly. She seemed like she was in her own little world. This is the first time it's been less than stellar. I hope it's not a trend.“

“Amazing place to go to ,I went there to get lunch for my mom and I. Lots of great options to choose from i got meatball and pepperoni and I had lots of veggies which was superb and the lady who helped us with the order she was excellent I forgot her name she was very patient and sweet .
I literally love subway for any reason and I'd pick this location over pizza any day of the week“

“They are definitely the cleanest and most friendly location in Petal. The bread of fresh and the food was good. My only issue with this location and this particular visit was having to ask an employee to wash her hands when going from the cash register to putting on gloves. Please was your hand before putting on new gloves.“

“I always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A.
I just placed an online order through Popeyes and had a terrible experience.
They did not have the food I ordered and would not refund or substitute. Instead, they told me I shouldn’t have ordered through the app, and now I need to go online and beg for my money back.
Popeyes is closer to my home but I will never go there again. Instead, I will drive a little further to where people are nice, Chick-fil-A.
